Hey guys, i really like the Apex XRay, but i get randomly bluescreens from it. Sometimes in the frist round, sometimes after 3 rounds, sometimes even in the menu before starting the game.
Hyper-V is disabled and i also did all steps from your thread about steps to to if problems accure. Also deinstalled all Windows Updates. Tried sfc /scannow to repair any potential system file corruption, but everything was fine.No change. No Matter if im playing on EA or Steam.
Im running Windows 11, intel i99900k, 3080ti.

First Dump File (082524-8656-01.dmp):
Bugcheck Type: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

Error Code: 0xc0000005 (Access Violation), indicating an instruction referenced invalid memory.
Faulting Module: dxgkrnl.sys (DirectX Graphics Kernel), related to graphics drivers.
Process Involved: Apex Legends
Possible Cause: There seems to be an issue with the graphics drivers, possibly related to DirectX, exacerbated by running Apex Legends and other programs simultaneously.
Second Dump File (082624-10562-01.dmp):
Bugcheck Type: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Error Message: Invalid system memory was referenced, which cannot be protected by try-except.
Error Code: 0xc0000005 (Access Violation), similar to the first dump.
Faulting Module: ntkrnlmp.exe (Windows Kernel), suggesting a kernel-related memory management issue.
Process Involved: Phoenix Xray
Possible Cause: There may be a conflict with memory access by Phoenix Xray, leading to a page fault.
Updating and reinstalling graphic drivers didnt work out. Is this a known issues? Any help on that?
